About Alumni Association

The mission of the Alumni Association of NITTTR Chandigarh, is to assist and advance the alumni in the pursuit of excellence, continue the friendships formed in the Institute, build strong and mutually beneficial ties between the Institute and its diverse alumni, promote goodwill in the community and create a dynamic alumni program that will stimulate interest, build loyalty, increase involvement and generate support for the Institution.

National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research Chandigarh (NITTTR) organizes Alumni Meet every year. Alumni are cordially invited to attend the Meet and interact with their classmates, acquaintances and teachers, reminiscing memorable experiences and sharing success stories.

Our old students are an important resource and ambassador of goodwill for our institution, NITTTR Alumni Association Chandigarh (formerly called TTTI Alumni Association Chandigarh) was set up in 2001 with initiative of former students of this institute and faculty. The aims and objectives of this association are to promote and encourage friendly relations between all members of the association; arrange social and cultural functions; provide a forum for the Alumni for exchange of ideas and views on technical education, culture and other areas; promote and encourage the members to take active interest in the activities and progress of alma mater ; promote interest of NITTTR Chandigarh; publish paper to fulfill the objects of the association; and promote all activities of the association on no profit basis.

All teachers/industry personnel having undergone A Course, B Course, Post-Graduate Certificate Course, Master Degree Programme, Ph.D programme of Institute and all members of faculty including Director of institute in regular or temporary capacity at the time of application can get Life membership of Alumni Association paying subscription of membership.
